摘要：
The Taiwan E-Learning & Digital Archives Program (TELDAP) is a government-sponsored National Project aiming to digitize cultural heritage into multimedia format. I am the PI of the R&D division of this project. We are responsible for developing new technologies to store, annotate, and retrieve these important digital cultural heritages. In this talk, I will talk about some core technologies which were developed in the past few years. These technologies include: tone reproduction, video stabilization, image/video inpainting, and video indexing.
